As an extension of this, we also custom-make pit frames for inspection pits and various types of shelves. For example, it can be used for shelves to hold containers, storage for fire truck tires, shelves for fire hoses, frames for drainage grates in building floors, and various types of product shelves in stores, as well as platforms for people to stand on and work. We would like to introduce the best product of March manufactured by Excel Corporation. The best product of March is the "Shutter Inspection Platform." Since it is a platform installed on the exterior of a building at a high location, strength is more important than appearance for safety reasons. Therefore, we focused on strength by using semi-automatic welding instead of the usual TIG welding. Additionally, it is designed to allow the handrail to be removable, and we had to minimize the misalignment between the holes in the frame and the pitch of the handrail legs, making post-welding adjustments quite challenging. The main body of the frame is made of t3.2 square pipes, designed to prevent misalignment with the press machine using t30.0 anchors, ultimately offering a product with a load capacity of approximately 700kg. During production, we ensured precise dimensions for each part, creatively developed the welding procedures for assembly, and made fine adjustments to align the dimensions without bending, all while processing with care.
